Max student discount

A Max student discount is available to students (age 18+) whose U.S. accredited college or university enrollment status has been verified by UNiDAYS. With the student discount you can get the Max With Ads plan for $4.99/month (a 50% savings) for up to 12 months.

You need to join UNiDAYS and create a free UNiDAYS account to get the Max student discount.

Already have a Max subscription? To avoid being billed for multiple subscriptions, manage your Max subscription before signing up for the Max student discount.

Here's how to get the Max student discount through UNiDAYS:

Go to the UNiDAYS website at myunidays.com/account/log-in.
Do one of the following:
- Already have a UNiDAYS account? Enter your account email and password and choose Log in.
- New to UNiDAYS? Choose Join now to create a free account and verify your student status.
On the UNiDAYS website, find the Max offer (search for 'Max' or browse the Entertainment offers).
Select the Max offer and choose Get now > Reveal code.
You'll get a promo code that you can redeem to get the student discount.
Choose Copy to copy the promo code, and then choose Launch website.
You'll be taken to auth.max.com/redeem to redeem your code.
Paste the code and choose Apply.

When prompted to create your Max account, do one of the following:
- New subscribers: Complete the account form and choose Create Account. Add your payment method and choose Start Subscription.
- Returning subscribers: Enter your Max (or HBO Max) email address and choose Sign In. Once you're signed in, choose Confirm Change.

Now, you can sign in and stream Max on all your favorite devices.

Only the With Ads monthly plan is available through UNiDAYS. To keep your Max student discount, UNiDAYS will ask you to verify your student status each year.

Please note that if you change your Max plan, your student discount will not apply to your new plan (the discount will end when your new plan takes effect).
