Get Max through DoorDash

The monthly Max With Ads plan is included with the DoorDash DashPass Annual plan.

To sign up for Max through DoorDash, go to doordash.com/max and sign in to your DoorDash account.

Before you can start streaming, you need to activate your Max subscription through DoorDash. Here's how:

1. Go to doordash.com and sign in to your DoorDash account.
2. Choose Account (lower-left corner), then Manage DashPass.
3. Choose Manage Max Subscription.
4. Choose the Max With Ads or Max Ad-Free plan, then choose Activate on Max.
5. On the Welcome to Max screen, enter an email address for your Max account (if you already have a Max account, enter your Max account email).
6. Do one of the following:
   
   • New subscribers: Complete the account form and choose Create Account. You'll sign in with this info.
   • Returning subscribers: Enter your Max password and choose Sign In.
     Forgot password? Try resetting your password.
     If your Max account has an active subscription, you'll be asked to confirm linking your Max account to your subscription billed through DoorDash.
7. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to watch Max.

Now, you can sign in and stream Max on any supported device.

You can switch to the Max With Ads or Max Ad-Free plan. If you switch to the Ad-Free plan, you'll be charged the price difference between the two plans (currently $10.99/mo., plus applicable taxes).

To switch your plan:

1. Go to doordash.com and sign in to your DoorDash account.
2. Choose Account (lower-left corner), then Manage DashPass.
3. Choose Manage Max Subscription.
4. Choose Upgrade to Max Ad-Free or Switch to Max With Ads.
5. Max Ad-Free plan: Choose Confirm Payment to confirm the switch and the monthly payment amount.

You can stream Max as long as your DashPass Annual Plan subscription is active. Your Max Ad-Free subscription will auto-renew each month until you cancel it.

You can stream Max With Ads as long as your DashPass Annual Plan subscription is active. Here's how to cancel your Max Ad-Free plan billed through DoorDash:

1. Go to doordash.com and sign in to your DoorDash account.
2. Choose Account (lower-left corner), then Manage DashPass.
3. Choose Manage Max Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.

Once canceled, you can continue streaming Max Ad-Free until your subscription expires at the end of your monthly billing period. After your Max Ad-Free subscription ends, you can stream Max With Ads as long as your DashPass Annual Plan subscription is active.

If you get a 'Welcome back' message when you open Max, make sure you’ve activated your Max subscription via DoorDash. Here's how:

1. Go to doordash.com and sign in to your DoorDash account.
2. Choose Account (lower-left corner), then Manage DashPass.
3. Choose Manage Max Subscription.
4. Choose your Max plan and then Activate on Max.
