Verizon Netflix & Max perk
Verizon customers with Fios Home Internet, 5G Home Internet, or an eligible myPlan Unlimited plan from Verizon can sign up for the Netflix & Max (With Ads) perk for $10/month ($6.98/month savings). After enrolling in the Netflix & Max (With Ads) perk, you can stream shows, movies, and more on both services.
If you have Fios Home Internet, 5G Home Internet, or an Unlimited wireless plan from Verizon, here’s how to sign up for the Netflix & Max perk:
- Grab your phone and sign in to the Verizon app.
(If you're on a computer, you can sign in at verizon.com/signin.) - Navigate to Account > Services & perks.
- Select the Netflix & Max offer.
- Once you’ve signed up, choose Register.
- On the Welcome to Max screen, enter an email address for your Max account (if you already have a Max account, enter your Max account email).
- Do one of the following:
- New Max customers: Complete the account form and choose Create Account. You'll sign in with this info.
- Returning Max customers: Enter your Max password and choose Sign In.
Forgot password? Try resetting your password.
If your Max account has an active subscription, you'll be asked to confirm linking your Max account to subscription billed through Verizon.
- Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to watch Max.
Now you can sign in and stream Max on all your favorite devices.
Verizon perk Q&A
The With Ads plan is included with the Netflix & Max perk. If you'd like, you can switch to the Ad-Free plan for an additional $11/month, or the Ultimate Plan for an additional $15/month (and keep your Netflix & Max perk).
Here's how to change your Max plan:
- Sign in to Max on your phone, tablet, or computer. Can't sign in?
- Choose your profile and then Subscription.
(Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.) - Choose Change Your Plan and sign in (if needed).
- Choose a different subscription plan (prices shown are discounted Verizon Perk prices).
The plan change takes effect immediately and you’ll see the billing changes on your next Verizon bill.
To avoid paying for two Max subscriptions, you can cancel your existing Max subscription before signing up for the Netflix & Max perk.

- Select Register.
- On the Welcome to Max screen, enter your email address for your Max account (if you already have a Max account, enter your Max account email).
- Do one of the following:

If you get the Account Found screen, do the following:
- Check your inbox for an email from Max with a one-time code (email subject: Your One-Time Max Code). The email is sent to the email address you entered on the Create Your Account screen.
- In Max, enter the code from the email and choose Submit.
- Add a password to your Max account and choose Continue.
If your Max account has an active subscription, you'll be asked to confirm linking your Max account to subscription billed through Verizon. - Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to watch Max.
Now you can sign in and stream Max on all your favorite devices.
Didn't get the one-time code email?
- Search all of your inbox folders for an email from Max (including your Promotions and Spam folder).
- Choose Get New Code on the Account Found screen and check your email again.
