Activate Max with CANAL+ TV

Already activated?
If you already activated Max, you can sign in with your Max email and password. You only need to activate Max once.

New subscription? If you signed up for a CANAL+ TV package that includes Max, you need to activate Max before you can start streaming (using the Max app).

Do I have access to Max?

To find out if Max is included with your CANAL+ TV package, go to CANAL's How to access Max with my CANAL+ subscription article. If Max is included with your CANAL+ TV package, you have the Max Standard plan.

How do I access Max?

If Max is included with your CANAL+ TV package, you need to activate Max before you can start streaming Max. Here's how:

  1. In your CANAL+ customer area, choose Subscription > Manage My Apps > Manage Max, and accept the Max Terms of Use to access Max content.

  2. Go to max.canalplus.com/fr and sign in to your CANAL+ account.
  3. If prompted, select your contract and continue.
  4. When you're asked to create your Max account, do one of the following:
    New to Max?

    To create your Max account:

    1. Complete the account form and choose Create Account.
    2. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to stream.

    Now, you can sign in to Max on any supported device using your Max account.

    Returning subscribers

    To link your new subscription to your existing Max account, do the following:

    1. On the Create Your Account screen, enter your existing Max account information and choose Create Account.
    2. On the Account Found screen, choose Verify Email Address.
    3. Check your inbox for an email from Max with a one-time code (email subject: Your One-Time Max Code).
      The email is sent to the email address you entered on the Create Your Account screen.
    4. On the One-Time Code screen, enter the code from the email and choose Submit.
    5. Confirm that you want to connect the subscription billed through CANAL+ to your existing Max account.
    6. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to stream.

    Now, you can sign in to Max on any supported device using your Max account.

Can I add the Sports Add-On to my CANAL+ TV package?

The Sports Add-On is not available to CANAL+ customers just yet.
