Verizon Netflix & Max perk

Verizon customers with Fios Home Internet, 5G Home Internet, or an eligible myPlan Unlimited plan from Verizon can sign up for the Netflix & Max (With Ads) perk for $10/month ($6.98/month savings). After enrolling in the Netflix & Max (With Ads) perk, you can stream shows, movies, and more on both services.

If you have Fios Home Internet, 5G Home Internet, or an Unlimited wireless plan from Verizon, here’s how to sign up for the Netflix & Max perk:

  1. Grab your phone and sign in to the Verizon app.
    (If you're on a computer, you can sign in at
  2. Navigate to Account > Services & perks.
  3. Select the Netflix & Max offer.
  4. Once you’ve signed up, choose Register to create a new Max account (or link an existing Max account).
  5. On the Create Your Account screen, do one of the following:
    • New subscribers: Complete the account form and choose Create Account.
    • Current and returning subscribers: Enter your Max (or HBO Max) email address and choose Create Account. Then, on the Account Found screen choose Verify Email Address. Need help? Go to Account found message.

Now you can sign in and stream Max on all your favorite devices.

How do I change my Max Plan?

The With Ads plan is included with the Netflix & Max perk. If you'd like, you can switch to the Ad-Free plan for an additional $11/month, or the Ultimate Plan for an additional $15/month (and keep your Netflix & Max perk).

Here's how to change your Max plan:

  1. Sign in to Max on your phone, tablet, or computer. Can't sign in?
  2. Choose your profile and then Subscription.
    (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
  3. Choose Change Your Plan and sign in (if needed).
  4. Choose a different subscription plan (prices shown are discounted Verizon Perk prices).

The plan change takes effect immediately and you’ll see the billing changes on your next Verizon bill.

What if I already have a Max subscription?

To avoid paying for two Max subscriptions, you can cancel your existing Max subscription before signing up for the Netflix & Max perk.

If you have the Verizon Netflix & Max perk, here's how to activate your Max access and sign into Max:

  1. Grab your phone and sign in to the Verizon app.

  3. Select Register.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • New Max customers - Create a Max account with an email and password.
    • Returning Max customers - Use your Max account email address to register your account. Then follow the prompts to verify your email and connect your account.
  5. Now sign in to Max on any supported device, and you're ready to stream!
