Here's a list of providers that support Max:

Max.com

You can sign up through us at max.com and then sign in on any supported device.

App stores
App Store Subscriptions
App store subscriptions aren't available in all countries. If you can't subscribe via an app store, you can sign up at Max.com.
  • Amazon Appstore (Mexico only)
  • Apple
  • Google Play
  • Roku
  • Samsung TV

You can sign up using the Max app and then sign in on any supported device.

Internet, mobile, and TV providers

To find out if your provider supports Max, go to max.com/provider and search for your provider.

Once you sign up through a provider, you need to Connect your provider before signing in to Max (exceptions noted below).

Movistar Chile or Mundo subscriber?
If you recently signed up for Max through Movistar Chile or Mundo, you need to activate Max before signing in to Max the first time. If you don't have activation instructions, contact Movistar Chile or Mundo for help activating Max.
Prime Video Channels (Colombia and Mexico only)
  • Prime Video Channels in Colombia, and Mexico.

Once you sign up through Prime Video Channels, you can stream all of Max using the Prime Video app.

To stream using the Max app, download the Max app and follow the Connect your provider steps before signing in to Max the first time.
