My provider isn't listed
If you get Max through a TV, internet, or wireless provider, you need to connect your provider account (with your Max subscription) before signing in to Max.
If your provider is not listed on the max.com/provider screen, it may be because:
- You may need to choose View All or scroll down and search for your provider.
- You may need to sign in with your Max or HBO Max account (instead of Connecting your provider).
- Your provider may not support Max at this time.
Your provider is who you're subscribed through and who bills you for Max. For a list of providers, go to Max providers.
Choose how you subscribed:
If you subscribed through an app store (Amazon, Apple, Google, Roku, or Samsung) or at max.com, choose Sign In instead of Connect Your Provider. Then on the sign-in screen, enter your account email and password and choose Sign In.
If you need help signing in, go to Can't sign in to Max.
If you get Max through a TV, internet, or wireless provider, you need to connect your provider account before signing in to Max.
