My provider isn't listed
Here’s how to find your provider on the Connect Your Provider screen:
In the ‘Search for your provider’ box, type your provider’s name. Then, scroll up and choose your provider from the search results.
Below the company logos and search box, scroll down through the list of providers.
It depends on how you get Max (or HBO):
- App store or max.com - No, you don’t need to connect your provider. Instead, you can sign in with your Max (or HBO Max) account email and password. If you need help signing in, go to Can’t sign in.
- Internet, mobile, or TV provider – Yes, you need to connect your provider account before signing in to Max.
Your provider is who you're subscribed through and who bills you for Max (or HBO). For a list of providers, go to Max providers.
To leave the Connect Your Provider screen:
- Do one of the following:
- Android phone, tablet, or max.com: Choose the Max icon (upper-left corner).
- iPhone or iPad: Choose Cancel (top of screen) > Cancel (if needed) > OK.
- Choose Sign In.
For Comcast, choose the Xfinity logo on the Connect Your Provider screen or type Xfinity in the search box.
