How do I change Max providers?

Max is available from many subscription providers. Your provider is the company you subscribed through and who bills you for Max. If you want to subscribe through a different provider, follow these steps:

First, find out who your subscription is billed through.

Step 1: Find out who bills you

Here's how to find who bills you for Max:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Web: Go to max.com/subscription and sign in to your account. Can't sign in?
    • Phone, tablet, or computer: In Max, choose your profile and then Subscription.
    • TV device: In Max, choose the Settings icon cog (lower left) and then Subscription.
  2. Here you'll find who your subscription is billed through (top of screen).

You can also check your bank statements or ask your internet, mobile, or TV provider if they bill you for Max.

Step 2: Cancel your subscription

If your Max subscription is active, you'll need to cancel your subscription. When you cancel your subscription, take note of when your subscription expires.

You can continue streaming until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period.

Step 3: Resubscribe

Once your subscription has expired, you can resubscribe to Max through a different provider.
