Here's what's included:

Mobile*

• Stream on 1 device (phone or tablet) at once
• HD 720p resolution
• Watch only on phone or tablet
• Up to 15 offline downloads

*Mobile plan (in select countries): The Mobile plan is only available in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand.

Standard

• Stream on 2 devices at once
• Full HD 1080p resolution
• Watch on any device, including TVs
• Up to 30 offline downloads

Ultimate

• Stream on 4 devices at once
• Stream in 4K UHD, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, and HDR 10 on select titles
• Watch on any device, including TVs
• Up to 100 offline downloads (limits apply)

Here's how to find your subscription plan:

1. Do one of the following:
   • Web: Go to max.com/subscription and sign in to your account. Can't sign in?
   • Phone, tablet, or computer: In Max, choose your profile and then Subscription.
   • TV device: In Max, choose the Settings icon and then Subscription.
     (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
2. Here you'll find your current plan and billing period.

Need help signing in? Go to Can't sign in.

Depending on your provider, you may be able to change your subscription plan. Here's how:

1. Do one of the following:
   • Web: Go to max.com/subscription and sign in to your account. Can't sign in?
   • Phone, tablet, or computer: In Max, choose your profile and then Subscription.
   • TV device: In Max, choose the Settings icon and then Subscription.
     (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
2. Take note of who your subscription is billed through and find them below:
