You can subscribe to Max through many providers. Some subscription providers offer plans with monthly or yearly billing.

Standard

  • Stream on 2 devices at once
  • Full HD 1080p resolution
  • Watch on any device, including TVs
  • Up to 30 offline downloads

Ultimate

  • Stream on 4 devices at once
  • Stream in 4K UHD, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, and HDR 10 on select titles
  • Watch on any device, including TVs
  • Up to 100 offline downloads (limits apply)

Which plan do I have?

Here's how to find your subscription plan:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Web: Go to max.com/subscription and sign in to your account. Can't sign in?
    • Phone, tablet, or computer: In Max, choose your profile and then Subscription.
    • TV device: In Max, choose the Settings icon cog (lower left) and then Subscription.
      (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
  2. Here you'll find your current plan and billing period.

How do I change plans?

Depending on your provider, you may be able to change your subscription plan. Here's how:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Web: Go to max.com/subscription and sign in to your account. Can't sign in?
    • Phone, tablet, or computer: In Max, choose your profile and then Subscription.
    • TV device: In Max, choose the Settings icon cog (lower left) and then Subscription.
      (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
  2. Take note of who your subscription is billed through and find them below:

You'll get this message if you have the Mobile plan and you try to stream Max on a computer or TV. With the Mobile plan, you can stream on 1 mobile device at a time (phone or tablet). To watch on any supported device, switch to the Standard or Ultimate plan.
