Allow the sale or sharing of personal information
Some US residents can also submit a Do Not Sell or Share privacy request on the WarnerMedia Privacy Center. Submitting a Do Not Sell or Share privacy request affects data collected from all WarnerMedia products and services (not just Max). Email preferences and notifications
We periodically email you show and movie recommendations, product updates, and special offers. If you don't want to receive these emails, you can turn off Emails from Max and affiliates in Settings. For more info, go to Max settings.
You'll still receive service emails to your account (such as when you make changes to your password or sign in on a new device).
App Notifications: You might see pop-up notifications on your phone or tablet about new Max shows and movies, as well as other suggestions or notices. You can turn off App Notifications in App Settings on your phone or tablet.
In-app notifications: You'll find personalized suggestions in the Max mobile app. To review the suggestions, choose the Bell icon in the upper-right corner of Max (phones and tablets only). In-app notifications are only available with Adult profiles.
