Manage a Max subscription
Max subscriptions are available through many providers. How you manage or change your subscription depends on who bills you. If you know who bills you, skip to Step 2.
Step 1: Find who bills you
Here's how to find who bills you for Max:
- Do one of the following:
- Web: Go to max.com/subscription and sign in (if needed). Can't sign in?
- Phone, tablet, or computer: In Max, choose your profile and then Subscription.
- TV device: In Max, choose the Settings icon and then Subscription.
- Here you'll find who your subscription is billed through (top of screen).
You can also check your bank statements or ask your internet, mobile, or TV provider if they bill you for Max.
Step 2: Manage your subscription
If you're billed through us (WarnerMedia), here's how to manage your subscription:
- Go to max.com/subscription and sign in (if needed). Can't sign in?
- If you're billed through WarnerMedia, you'll find:
If you don't have these options, take note of who you're billed through (top of screen) and find them below.

Internet, mobile, and TV providers
- AT&T: Sign in to your AT&T account at att.com/my.
- Cricket Wireless: Your Max With Ads subscription is included with your Cricket Wireless Unlimited plan. For more info, go to Cricket Wireless support.
- Cox: Sign in to your Cox account at cox.com. For more help, contact Cox.
- DIRECTV: Sign in to your DIRECTV account at DIRECTV.com.
- DISH: Sign in to your MyDISH account at mydish.com or go to DISH's Manage your programming article.
- Optimum: Sign in to optimum.net/login or call 866-213-8225.
- Spectrum: Go to Change or cancel services through Spectrum. Max with Ads is included with the TV Select Signature and TV Select Plus packages.
- U-verse: Sign in at att.com/myatt or go to Change U-verse TV channels or packages.
- Verizon Fios: Sign in to your Verizon account at My Verizon or the My Verizon app.
- Verizon +play: Sign in to your Verizon account at verizon.com/home/myverizon. Choose +play, and then Manage. (+play is not currently available in the My Verizon app.)
- Verizon myPlan, Fios, or 5G home (Verizon Netflix & Max perk): In the My Verizon app, choose Account > Plans and select a line to update. Then, choose Add or remove perks. Or, you can manage your perks at verizon.com/home/myverizon.
- WOW!: Sign in at login.wowway.com or call 855-496-9929.
- Xfinity: Sign in to your account at my.xfinity.com or visit the Xfinity Help Center.
- Xumo: Sign in to your Xumo account at xumo.com/subscriptions or go to Xumo's How do I manage my subscriptions? article.
- Other provider: Sign in to your provider's website, go to their Help Center, or contact your provider.
Digital subscription providers
- Chegg: Sign in to your Chegg account at chegg.com/auth or go to Manage my Chegg subscription.
- Disney+ (Disney+, Hulu, Max Bundle): Sign in to your Disney+ account at disneyplus.com/account or go to the Disney+ article Disney+, Hulu Max Bundle.
- DoorDash: Sign in to your DoorDash account at doordash.com or go to Max through DoorDash.
- Hulu (Disney+, Hulu, Max Bundle): Sign in to your Hulu account at hulu.com/account or go to Hulu's Disney+, Hulu, Max Bundle article.
- Hulu (Max Add-on): Sign in to your Hulu account at hulu.com/account or go to Hulu's Manage add-ons article.
- Prime Video Channels: Sign in to your Amazon account at amazon.com/myac.
- Sling TV: Sign in to your Sling TV account at sling.com/my-account or go to Sling's Change your subscription services article.
- YouTube TV: Sign in to your Google account at tv.youtube.com or go to YouTube's Add or remove networks article.
- YouTube Primetime Channels: Sign in to your Google account at youtube.com/paid_memberships or go to YouTube's Cancel your Primetime Channels article.
