Resubscribe to Max

Malaysia and Thailand: The Mobile plan is not available at Max.com. Instead, you'll need to subscribe to Max through the Apple, Google, or Samsung app store.

Here's how to resubscribe on the web:

1. Go to max.com and sign in with your Max (or HBO GO) account. Can't sign in?
2. Choose Start Streaming (if available).
3. On the Welcome Back screen, choose Sign Up Now.
4. Choose a subscription plan and billing period, then continue.
5. Add your payment method and start your subscription.
6. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to stream.

Now you can sign in and stream Max on any plan-supported devices.

Here's how to resubscribe through an app store (e.g., Apple or Google):

1. Open Max and sign in to your Max (or HBO GO) account. Can't sign in?
2. Choose Renew Subscription.
3. Choose a subscription plan and billing period.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe through the app store.
5. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to stream.

Now you can sign in and stream Max on any plan-supported devices.

Here's how to resubscribe through a provider:

Step 1: Subscribe

Contact a provider and subscribe to Max.

For a list of internet, mobile, and TV providers, go to Max providers.

Step 2: Activate your Max subscription

Once you've signed up for Max, you need to activate your Max subscription before you can start streaming Max.

Try signing out and then back in again. Here's how:

1. In Max, do one of the following:
   • Phone, tablet, or computer: Choose your profile and then choose Sign Out.
   • TV device: Choose the Settings icon and then Sign Out.
2. Sign in to Max and try to watch something.
