Manage cookie preferences

You can manage your privacy and data collection preferences in Settings. Here's how:

  • In Max, choose your profile, then Privacy & Legal, and then choose Manage Cookie Preferences.

Email preferences and notifications

We may periodically email you show and movie recommendations, product updates, and special offers. If you don't want to receive these emails, you can turn off Email marketing from Max and affiliates in Settings. For more info, go to Max settings.

You'll still receive service emails to your account (such as when you change your password or sign in on a new device).

App Notifications: You might see pop-up notifications on your phone or tablet about new Max shows and movies, as well as other suggestions or notices. You can turn off App Notifications in App Settings on your phone or tablet.

In-app notifications: You'll find personalized suggestions in the Max mobile app. To review the suggestions, choose the Bell icon bell in the upper-right corner of Max (phones and tablets only). In-app notifications are only available with Adult profiles.

Individual Rights Requests

To submit a Privacy request for the personal information we've collected from you, complete the Individual Rights Request form and choose Access or Delete as the request type.

Note You need to cancel your subscription before submitting a delete request.
