Max April 2025 Yearly Plan offer

Eligibility varies by provider (who you subscribe through):

• Max.com, Apple, Roku, Samsung: The April 2025 Yearly Plan offer is available to new and returning subscribers with expired or canceled subscriptions (this offer is not available if your subscription is still active).
• Amazon Fire and Google: The April 2025 Yearly Plan offer is only available to new subscribers (this offer is not available to current and returning subscribers).

The offer is available at max.com and certain app stores (using the Max app):

Here’s how to get this offer at max.com:

1. Go to max.com and choose Sign Up Now.
2. Choose Yearly, choose a plan, and then Continue.
   To learn about subscription plans, go to Max plans.
3. On the Get Started screen, enter an email address for your Max account (if you already have a Max or HBO Max account, enter your account email).
4. Do one of the following:
   • New subscribers: Complete the account form and choose Create Account. You'll sign in with this info.
     Check your email and password message

     The email you entered may be in use by another account. Choose Sign In in the upper-right corner and sign in with this email, or enter a different email for your account.
   • Returning subscribers: Enter your account password and choose Sign In.
5. Add your payment method and start your subscription.
   You’ll be charged a discounted rate (plus applicable taxes) for the first year of your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew on a yearly basis until you cancel it. After the 1-year discounted period, you’ll be charged the then-current yearly subscription rate for your plan (plus applicable taxes).
6. Choose Start Streaming and you’re ready to watch Max.

Now you can sign in and stream Max on a supported device.

This offer is available between April 10, 2025 and May 7, 2025.

When you sign up, you’ll be charged a discounted price for your selected plan (plus applicable taxes) for your first year:

• Basic with Ads: $79.99/year (currently $99.99/year)
• Standard: $139.99/year (currently $169.99/year)
• Premium: $169.99/year (currently $209.99/year)

Each year thereafter your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel your subscription.

After the 1-year discounted period, you’ll be charged the then-current yearly subscription rate (plus applicable taxes).

If you cancel your subscription, you can continue streaming until your subscription expires at the end of your yearly billing cycle.

Offers valid from April 10, 2025 to May 7, 2025 in the U.S. for (a) new and returning customers via max.com, Apple, Roku and Samsung and (b) new customers via Amazon Fire and Google Play.

Eligible customers can save 30% when subscribing to one of the following prepaid plans:

1. the Max Basic With Ads yearly plan at a discounted rate of $79.99 for the first year; OR
2. the Max Standard yearly plan at a discounted rate of $139.99 for the first year; OR
3. the Max Premium yearly plan at a discounted rate of $169.99 for the first year (each, an “Offer” and collectively, the “Offers”).

The applicable subscription fee for the discount period will be billed in full at the time you enroll in the Offer. After the discount period, your subscription will automatically renew each year at the then-current subscription price (now $99.99/yr. plus applicable taxes for the Basic With Ads yearly plan, $169.99/yr. plus applicable taxes for the Standard yearly plan, and $209.99/yr. plus applicable taxes for the Premium yearly plan), on a recurring basis, unless you cancel before your next billing period. To cancel, go to Settings > Subscription in your Max account or contact your provider if you subscribe through a third-party subscription provider (as applicable). Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you switch plans during your discount period, you will lose the benefit of the Offer. No refund or credits for partial years.
