Which plan do I have?
Here's how to find your subscription plan:
- In Max, do one of the following:
- Phone, tablet, or computer: Choose your profile and then Subscription.
- TV device: Choose the Settings icon
and then Subscription.
(Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
- Here you'll find your current plan and billing period.
Who's billing me?
Here's how to find who bills you for Max:
- Do one of the following:
- Web: Go to max.com/subscription and sign in to your account. Can't sign in?
- Phone, tablet, or computer: In Max, choose your profile and then Subscription.
- TV device: In Max, choose the Settings icon
and then Subscription.
- Here you'll find who your subscription is billed through (top of screen).
You can also check your bank statements or ask your TV, internet, or wireless provider if they bill you for Max.
When's my next billing date?
When you know who bills you for Max, here's how to find your next billing date:
- WarnerMedia Direct: In Max, choose your profile (or the Settings icon
if you're on a TV device) and then Subscription. Take note of the Upcoming Payments.
- Amazon: Go to When's my next billing date?
- Apple: Go to When's my next billing date?
- Google: Go to When's my next billing date?
- Roku: Go to When's my next billing date?
- Samsung: Go to When's my next billing date?
- Other provider: Find your provider in Third-party billing providers.
