Activate your Max Subscription

Already activated?
If you already activated your Max subscription via Hepsiburada, you can sign in with your Max email and password. You only need to activate Max once.

New subscription? If you recently signed up for the Hepsiburada Premium package, you need to activate Max before you can start streaming Max.

Here's what you need to do:

Step 1: Activate Max

The Hepsiburada Max (contains ads) plan is included with the Hepsiburada Premium package.

Here's how to sign up for Hepsiburada Premium and activate Max:

  1. Choose a plan at Hepsiburada Premium.
  2. Sign in with your Hepsiburada account credentials or create a new account.
  3. After you purchase Hepsiburada Premium, go to your Premium benefits options and choose Max.
  4. To activate Max, choose Watch Max.
  5. Your browser will redirect to Max.com.

Step 2: Create or link your account

New subscribers

To create your Max account:

  1. On the Welcome to Max screen, enter an email address for your Max account and choose Continue.
    (If you previously had Max or BluTV billed through Hepsiburada or us, follow the Returning subscribers steps below.)
  2. Complete the Create Your Account form and choose Create Account. You'll sign in with this info.
  3. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to stream.

Now, you can sign in on any supported device using your Max email and password.

Returning subscribers

To link your new subscription to your existing Max (or BluTV) account, do the following:

  1. On the Welcome to Max screen, enter the email address for your existing Max (or BluTV) account and choose Continue.
    If you’ve only subscribed to BluTV through a third-party provider (e.g. Apple or Vodafone), follow the New subscribers steps above.
  2. Check your inbox for an email from Max with a one-time code (email subject: Your One-Time Max Code).
  3. On the One-Time Code screen, enter the code from the email.
  4. Confirm that you want to connect the subscription billed through your provider to your existing Max account.
  5. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to stream.

Now, you can sign in on any supported device using your Max email and password.

Didn't get the one-time code email?

  • Search all of your inbox folders for an email from Max (including your Promotions, Junk, and Spam folder).
  • Choose Get New Code on the enter code screen and check your email again.

Troubleshooting

'Can't verify your subscription' message

Make sure you have the Hepsiburada Premium package. To do this, sign in to your Hepsiburada account on the Hepsiburada website. If this doesn't help, contact Hepsiburada for help.
